Although this series may feature grapes from any of our Estate Vineyards, the third edition of the Brut Reserve specifically uses fruit from our flagship Biodynamic farm, Mineral Springs Vineyard, in the Yamhill-Carlton AVA, and from the certified Organic Tarren Vineyard, situated on a pristine slope in the
Eola-Amity Hills.

Tasting Notes
The third vintage of our Brut Reserve blends the finest elements of traditional Champagne winemaking techniques to create a distinctive Oregon-style wine. This multi-vintage, multi-variety, and multi-vineyard blend consists of 60% from the 2019 vintage, 16% from 2018, and the remainder from reserve wine. Complexity is infused at every stage, from vine to bottle. The flavors of green apple and ripe citrus are beautifully interwoven with the sweet aroma of freshly baked yeast bread and toasted almonds. The finish is imbued with a delicate touch of sea salt and honeysuckle, making it complex without being rich, and flavorful without being heavy.
